Returns and Refunds
Conditions of return:
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If any item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us via email with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 7 days of delivery for a replacement order. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us via email with 7 days of delivery. We will correct it as quickly as possible.
UNWANTED ITEMS:
All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item to you.
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your shipping costs, as there is no error on our part.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS:
We are not responsible for shipments lost or stolen.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
Any order placed for customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified after the order is placed. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
REFUND PROCESS:
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a refund usually within 5 business days.
